Merry Christmas from all of the staff here at Pet Treat’s Wholesale!

We’ll be taking a well deserved break over the festive season, with a full shutdown for 5 days over Christmas itself, and reduced staffing levels over New Year.

In this time, orders may take longer to be dispatched and delivered, and emails and phone queries will take longer to be resolved.

We are back open as usual from the 4th January 2022.

We thank you for your patience and support and wish you all the best for the festive season!

Delivery dates

Orders placed BEFORE 10am on 23rd December will be dispatched on the 23rd December, for delivery on the 24th December. If there are any delays with the courier service, these will arrive on the 29th December

Orders placed BETWEEN 10am on 23rd December and 10am 30th December will arrive by the 31st December.

Orders placed AFTER 10am on 30th December will be packed for dispatch on Tuesday 4th, and arrive on Wednesday 5th.

These dates are estimates - there may be unforeseen disruptions to services over this festive period - please allow 5 days from your shipment dispatched email before contacting us for an update.
