Cancellation and returns

You have the right to cancel an order with us if you do so before the product has been shipped or within 14 days of placing the order. 

Returns are only accepted if the product is unopened. If there is evidence of fault in the product, a refund may be granted, at the discretion of the seller.

To return the product, the buyer must package and return the product to the following address at the cost of the buyer:

The seller will inform the buyer when the product is received and provide a refund in full (excluding shipping costs) if it is deemed that the claim is in accordance with this returns policy.

 

Delivery
£10.00 delivery charge per order irrespective of how many items, free delivery for orders over £400.00 (excluding VAT). Overseas shipping, including to Northern Ireland, IOM and the Channel Islands, is charged at £20, regardless of order value. We aim to dispatch all goods within 7 days and send out via DPD or next day pallet. 

If the goods are lost or damaged in transit, please let us know promptly.
